I enjoyed the members who shopped. I built many connections. I didn't particularly enjoy working with my supervisor, Lora Foy, because she undermined my value and she scrutinized me for many things. Since we were different ideologically, she felt compelled to treat me indifferently.

Nothing in particular. The questions seems cookie cut.

There is a sense of unity among the team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People desire to accomplish the same task, but there is a great divide within the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management perceives us as expendable, because of their metric system. If we don't meet a certain quota, we're deemed as deplorable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There's no cohesion and most members of leadership have an agenda to fulfill, rather than fulfilling the best shopping experience for members. The metric system needs significant improvement.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The message of "members are number one," should be reconsidered, because the associates are number one. How management and supervisors treat the employees will project on how the associates treat the members.
