As a cart employee, it has been no good they can't keep guys long because of the conditions for such little pay then on top of that they don't hire or take months to hire so they just up all of our hours but make sure you don't get fulltime and only have 1 maybe 2 other cart guys to help in 90+ heat

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The communication is horrible They need to hire more cart employees it has been 5 of us but one works 5 to 930 at most 4 weekdays the other also does club pickup and leaves 1 or 2 of us out there They expect you to do other job duties and not get paid more. hours differ they try not to make fulltime
