Before all the changes in the last 2 years especially the last year I have been very happy and satisfied with Sams. Watching long term associates choosing to leave under such stress or take a severance package has been very hard mentally emotionally and physically.

The company adapts to meet the ever changing demands to stay relevant to making money.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Time off when you want to use your Ppto and pto time when you follow the Sop.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to have Ppto time and pto time. If management would let you use it as you should be able to. Per the sop.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Friendly. That was over 20 years ago. They use a service now and it is slow. Communication is very slow from management and the Service provider.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all in the same boat and try to do our best to pick each other up during so much change in company direction. That is at least the hourly associates.
