Communication!!!! Employees should not be held to expectations that are not clearly presented to the employees.
I’ve said it before - communication. Also adequate training. And under no circumstances should I be belittled by a supervisor, especially in front of coworkers
I was basically asked when I was available to work and told when to show up. Nothing was asked about previous jobs or experience, except that I was told my pay would be based on my experience. It was not. I received base pay with 15 years experience.
