At first it was good, but there's a lot of shady stuff. It's been mostly bad and extremely stressful.

Non managers and non team lead associates help each other out and understand what's needed for the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better leadership, scheduling enough people, recognize good work, communicate better, listen to associates more often, humble themselves a lot more,
What is the best part about your compensation package?
New people get paid more than I do. I have been working 7 years with the company. I'm still at the minimum wage.
