7 month slide into purgatory. Lots of changes for the worse happened and lots of stress got put on everyone.

Not everyone gets to be apart of them and the info does not get to everyone.

Management and the system to help members. Actually taking some notes on what is wrong in a situation and actually looking to fix it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The responsibilities are vast and if your other than a base you do a lot. Better pay overall or to hire enough to cover all positions accordingly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management makes you feel like they are to be avoided at all times and being called into the office for reasons that may be good or bad result in extreme anxiety. You never know what will happen at work the same day.
