Coming into work on time, and actually do the job instead of throwing it onto other people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For someone who always picks up the slack for everyone else in my department, the lead always finds a way to undermine anything I do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually doing their jobs, instead of slacking and waiting for the shift change people to pick up their area as well as do their own
