It was good at times,but when I would ask questions about things I didn't know.Some of the COSs would say mean things, like they were making fun of me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like they can work on training the employees better to know more on what to do and how to do it.Comunication can be better.Some COSs can be nicer and treat people equally.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I was mistreated by two COSs.For something I didn't even know about.Until that day.They could have just talked to me about it.Instead of verbally attacking me about something I didn't even know about,because employees always did it.I never got any warning.I just got abused verbally and emotionally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never have been mistreated the way I was.I had two COSs rush after me like they were going to tackle me down.At first I didn't know what I did so wrong.Then one of them started to damand me in an aggressive way to do something that made no sense to me.I was devastated,so bad.I felt sick.
