Management feels I am just someone to put on a schedule to fill a spot

It was fine, of course that was before they did away with the HR people

My team is great. With the exception of salary management. They feel they are above everyone

Our management, I am not sure where things changed at in the structure but recently it has become horrible
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to go back to having an actual HR person in the stores instead of outsourcing it. I’ve been waiting to get my bereavement pay to show up on my paycheck for over a month. Every time a manager says
