I felt verbal and mentally abused on several occasions working here.they leads/manager abuse there power I've been yelled at and talk to like trash.if you don't like something you better just go with it or I won't have a job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication , listening to concerns, helping where help is needed, exception of a person when they overworked.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The way you are talked to overall .the abuse of power and are expect to stay late every night yet nothing is never enough to them.
