Members are dicks and management kiss their feet. Not their fault tho it's the dumb ass heads off sam's club that make that rule. No discipline for members who blatantly break store rules, which isn't necessarily bad but when we're in a pandemic and people still eat where they're not meant to is bad
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued when I'm working just under full time as a part time because no one's able to work longer than 2 months at the place
