There are so many unethical things that transpire and it is so uncalled for... i used to love it there, now i dread going there

There really wasnt much of any interview
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dont know about my benefits because we have no hr... no information and do not have leaders that will show us..
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When changes are to be made employees should be notified so they know what to expect... not just thrown to the wolves or to be called down for something that has changed in expectations and not notified of said changes
