Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sama is failing at its mission of enabling us people from poverty stricken backgrounds earn a living wage take my case for example Am paid 135$ per month for me to get a decent secure place to stay the minimum i have to pay is 67$ now that's already half of my salary so if you add more expenses like

I earn 145$ and of which 1$ goes to compulsory contribution of meals at work pla. Medical insurance is very much limited since i have to pay 2$ for every visit to a facility. This all brings my monthly earnings too low to upkeep me and meet my basic financial needs since it's my only source of incom

I honestly don't know at this point because management seems not be concerned with this its like we are a liability instead of assets making them money.

Fair pay would be nice because basing on the information we have we think compensation should be better if that's not the case then mgt needs to be more transparent and let us know why they can't give us enough to thrive.
