Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although I have appreciated receiving the annual 3.5% (highest in my department) salary increase, I wish they would consider increasing it based on amount of years employed.

I was given an entry level title, but my responsibilities are of a senior professional. I wish my title and compensation matched the level of projects and tasks I am constantly given. I understand this is not a company issue, but something specific to my department. I really enjoy working at SBA.

My team communicates well with each other. They focus on goals and results; everyone contributes to the team effort, they are supportive of one another and they like to have fun!
