  • No enough people coming into store. Because they do not know what sales or events are happening. We need lots of tv ads, mail flyer, the stores needs a make over and dome new buyer who know what 15 -19 years olds are wearing plus 50 years do not want to dress as if they are 100 years old.

  • Store manager. Less than 30 minutes after I left. That should have told me something then.

  • An HR rep on the phone,then the Mgr of the section I would be working with. It took 3 or 4 months before I was in the position

  • The store Human Resource officer (1998), a position done away with years ago. Now there is one for 8-10 stores.

  • If they matched, I'd be much happier...

  • There was no company match in the 401k and when sears switched from state street bank to barons, i was never able to change my elections. It was ridiculous.

  • I dont know how they call it a 401k plan because theres no company match most companys match 5 percent or more of the employees contribution

  • Hell no, Back in 2012 they took it all away from Sears associates including educational benefits, pay raises and matching donations to our 401K plan. Only ones that got any benefits like that were salaried managers

  • Only thier courses. They used to offer scholarships

  • They don’t care about your development no pay for anything

  • Don’t know yet. Store is scheduled to close Nov 25.

  • Go to managers office. He has a witness present. He tells you your services are no longer needed. You are escorted out of the store
