  • Head stuck in sand. Needs reality check. Only worried about how to earn more money from Citibank by opening new accounts... never mind that they don't have merchandise to sell??? Payroll hours cut so badly the store is horribly understaffed & the condition of the store shows it! Messy dirty & unmanned departments. Very unsafe.

  • Sales at Sears are not the problem. Sears is failing because of a incompetent CEO Eddie Lambert who has no clue how retail works. Ex. Hired the guy that ruined Toys R Us to help Sears with sales. What a joke.
