What is the best part about your compensation package?

SendGrid is very fair and competitive when it comes to compensation. Coupled with great employee perks which save me money and goes straight to my overall compensation plan. These include free lunches, stocked refrigerators, stipends for transportation, phone and wellness, and an employee stock prog

I like that it's varied - base, bonus, and equity. I feel like my pay is rewarded based on various components of the company's success.

My salary is evaluated fairly against market and performance on an ongoing basis. It's never set-it-and-forget-it. And I feel rewarded for my tenure and commitment to the company. However, the best part about our compensation package is all of the hidden perks: lunch, allowances, etc.
