Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1) I know that I'm more than 5k NIS underpaid. 2) I don't feel like there's a clear vision of my future projects 3) I don't feel like my extended team is really part of my team

I have been in Sentinel for 4 years at this point I am almost fully vested. If my compensation is a summary of my salary and my options. Now after 4 years, my salary is going to be downgraded and I feel it's a good reason to start looking for a new place.
