Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My time is not valued and am often in situations where things that are needed become a fire drill with little organization and prep from the partners. If my compensation can be enough to match inflation.

I feel so safe at work. This is the first company I have worked for that is mostly women and I have never felt more comfortable with workplace dynamics before. I am also queer and have felt very welcomed by my team members. Definitely the healthiest workplace culture I have been in.
