What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full health coverage for my family

Pre-pandemic, it was the quarterly bonuses as well as the compensation for certifications. I also use the health insurance quite a bit and those benefits are really good!

Heavy focus on benefits this FY and was able to decrease our overall costs by 25%. Can definitely tell they made that a major priority.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was manipulated by the hiring team to convince this is the max that the position is going to offer instead of looking what I can bring to the company

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Remote coworkers need to be mindful of checking internal messaging programs. Many consultants are green in regards to consulting or a Salesforce technical skillset. It would be good to have more consistent training and coaching.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Heavy emphasis on squeezing the maximum amount of billable hours often means that we sacrifice individual growth for the bottom line. Simplus leadership truly cares about employees on a personal level but there is minimal investment in training, expanding skillsets, mentorship.
