I started in November of 2020 and Snap has come a long way. We just get better and better! Can't wait to see us in another year!

They like to have fun and interact with all employees.

Feeling like I was a part of a team that makes things happen.

There are lots of good people at this company that want to succeed. We enjoy the work and our teammates.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team likes to learn and do things the right way. We jump in when others need help. We are truly one team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are one of us and take an interest in us as people and as team members. They are approachable and willing to listen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In my offer letter it was written that I would be eligible for the performance review in 2021 and I did not receive a review.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all get along and laugh. It really makes our meetings more enjoyable. Everyone is working towards a common goal and want to make Snap successful.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The new CEO I think will be a good change and take the company in the right direction and reel in the good ole boys club that the leadership is.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have an open and respectful culture where we word hard and have fun. Snap is also focused on making a difference in the world and helping our customers become more financially stable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Unlimited PTO LOL! I love that we get time off to volunteer and make a difference in our communities. I'm thankful we have better dental benefits this year, dental select was bad. Health benefits are good. Remote working is a bonus and very appreciated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Many people get a bonus, I do not. The benefits could be better, they are ok. Sales gets everything and they rest of the departments have to be on a strict budget. We can't even afford the team to get together yearly and we can't do team activities. If you look at market value I am under paid.
