The leadership team really cares about all the Snap employees, not only as employees but also as the family we are. I think the team have a really good balance between the company and the employee needs.

The recognition, but not the material or money one (which of course is really good) but the best part is that your coworkers and your leaders recognize the hard work, when someone is giving that extra mile and they are really happy with your work.

My team is very supportive, no matter if there is a professional or personal situation they are always there to help each other. I also think one of the things I like the most is that we really feel we are like a family, and make us have a confortable work enviroment.
