What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Willingness to accept everyone no matter age, culture, etc!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I woukd live to see base salary higher and comp package tends to favor those in highly populated areas as opposed to actual performance, which is what it is supposed to measure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate regional (soon changing)/divisional is instumental with me staying with the company. I have left other companies that i loved but didnt like the way my immediate supervisor managed. My current one cares about the employees and wants to help make us successful and supoorts us!
