What is the best part about your compensation package?
The new commission plan is good. Health insurance is good compared to other companies these days.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love interacting with my merchants and my colleagues! I feel supported. By the way- Tim Haughn is the best leader I have ever worked with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am on the road alone most of the time, but my colleagues are on the phone or sending texts or are in teams- so I don't feel alone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe they care about their employees, tbeir merchants and Alice! I believe their hearts are in the right place and that is sometimes a rarity in corporate America. I feel like we are making a positive difference in this world and I am so grateful to be a part of it.
