2 years ago Snap was a company that provides a good environment with benefits, engagement activities, we thought that the company hear our voice. Nowadays, is almost null the interactions or engagement that we received.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Growing opportunities, Benefits, transform our salary to our currency we cannot resist how our salary is less and less each month

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

In Costa Rica we are having big issues with our salary, the devaluation of the dollar cause that nowadays we received 25% less of our salary when we transform our salary in our currency to pay education, food, medicine, home. We haven't received any notice from Snap and if the company cares.
