My team is diverse and talented. Everyone brings different life and professional experiences to the table and everyone on my team is willing to share their experiences with me to help me achieve my goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how involved and accessible every level of leadership is at Snap. From the C-level executives, to the VPs and directors, I can reach out to anyone at any level of the organization and expect to be heard and treated with kindness and respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I truly enjoy the fact that my compensation is within my control. It is linked to my performance and the goals that are set are fair and achievable allowing me to meet and exceed them thus maximizing my compensation. Also being afforded unlimited pto is an amazing perk!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect about the culture at the company is the transparency and respect that is shown at every level of the organization. Its refreshing to be part of a team where you are able to be yourself and work towards your goals because you know what they are and everyone else does too
