Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
When I first started at Snap it was a dream since I have been working in call centers for almost 5 years. The company was the best I have worked on, however with the past of the years, the job has become more difficult, and all for same salary. Basically we are now same as all other call centers.

I truly love how the highest positions team, can sit down and keep a conversation with you, i love when I go to the office and I know that the director or managers are around they are going to greet me, I mean I love how we are all important for everyone.
