I've been here for 7 years. For a long time a manager that spent half his day browsing the web and chatting with others considered that I did not deserve a meaningful raise or a promotion. I never received feedback, we never had 1:1s. I had the need to work two jobs for years just to make end meets.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like overcoming challenges. I'll take any complex situation as an opportunity to learn and grow.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well, to begind with, we work from home. So, it is really hard to improve the way we work together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't know if I am compensated equally. I don't know how much others at my level are making. I can only hope that I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is okay. I miss when we were small. My guess is that only some were making the "big bucks," but even they were down-to-earth.
