It is extremely helpful. They are truly a play to win as a team (team)
What makes you most happy at work?
I have time to work at my pace, and also I've always encountered leadership that respects me and my time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my current and first position in the company, I believe I got paid less than other people executing the same or similar roles. My salary is fair though, however, is not fair within Snap.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor, and basically all of my supervisors have been not only understanding, but they have taken the time to know me, and how I work in order for me to be more effective and good at my job
