I feel that they are their real selves instead of a facade that pretends another personality while at work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

That you are allowed to challenge the processes and status quo of things since everything is moving at 1000 miles per second.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation doesn't consider the macroeconomic effects such as the CPI (~10%) that are asphyxiating the employees. Yet we have to be happy about the 4% raise received this year. The worst part is that when we talked to our leaders and the response that we have is "apply somewhere else". Bummer.
