My experience at Snap has been a positive one. While we are challenged in many ways each and every day, there is the acknowledgement of the room for improvement and desire to get better.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completion of projects, happy merchants, seeing results.

They are motivated to be successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is at market rate.

Friendly but definitely focused on growth and succeeding.

I do believe that there is a "Do good" culture here at Snap for ALICE.

Results. I am very results-driven and I love when the hard work I put in pays off and materializes.

As has been said before, there is a clear need here at Snap for better cross-functional and cross-department communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an amazing team. We all truly interact well together and enjoy each other's company, inside and outside of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fair but look forward to being able to increase overall compensation package, especially in the form of additional incentives for above average output.
