Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Im happy but I would like to see more opportunities coming to us in the U.S again. The economy is getting worse and the pay is not cutting it for us we are having to have multiple jobs.

In my role, I have worked very hard to be where I am being with Snap for the coming 7 years has taught me a lot about my strengths.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I personally work directly with my manager Brandon Lopez and his leadership helps my everyday tasks at work! He is very attentive and caring, he goes above and beyond and makes sure I am up to date.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the differences in pay from new hires to employees who have been working for snap for 4+ years can obviously be seen. We focus on hiring people for higher pay rather than increasing our own people's pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more job opportunities in the U.S majority of jobs are being taken away from us and while I love our people outside of U.S it feels like slowly we are drifting away from here. Office vibe is also not anonymous for leadership we cannot say our thoughts with out it linking to us and our team.
