What do you like best about the leadership team?

They show they care about me as a professional and as a person. They make me feel listened and they take the time to understand where I am coming from too to better lead me to success.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The way we got hired it just makes sense, Kathy's team is varied and that variety makes us a stronger team because we get to learn lots of different things from each other, things that we would not learn if our personalities and work styles were similar/equal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The way we live by the values (once we get to understand them well enough) and the colaborative approach and how my traumas of making mistakes have almost disappeared because of the culture of learning from our mistakes and the close support we have at hand almost at all times.

What makes you most happy at work?

The flexibility and trust Mike Meredith, Kathy, Mariela, and Mike Mossman have in me, and in my skills, I have to admit that I have grown a lot faster as a professional due to that fact and because of the tools and support at hand to succeed at my role.
