Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The dollar exchange bonus should have been better managed. It was a bit demotivating not receiving it

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything which is not salary: PTO, insurance, asociacion solidarista, WFH. Salary could be a bit better for sure.

They try to communicate really well. I love the fact that Matt is always sending motivation and other news emails.

Coaching others, helping team member to achieve their goals, support projects which are related to company goals, feel my work is valued.

Feeling I am useful to the org goals. Feeling my ideas and work is important for leaders, but also for my other peers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Sometimes the company is not able to have red flags about when someone is really underpaid, and ensure the situation can be corrected in a fast way.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working from home. Feeling like I am heard and that I have the work-life balance to complete tasks. Understanding how my tasks help the company fulfill their goals.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Sometimes they dont find opportunities to motivate 100% of employees. E.g. CR dollar exchange bonus. Only a few people got it, leaving behind the employees with the longest tenure in Snap a bit discouraged.
