I have been here since 2018 and have been on every team but FIT and Collections. I love the experience I have here, my only feedback would be that it's hard to come in office twice a week because of the distance when riding public transportation. I would be easier to work remotely full time

I love Snap Finance. I have been here for 7 years in August and it doesn't even feel that long. I love the people and how challenging the work is. They encourage us to grow with LinkedIn Learning and inspire us to do better mentally with providing Tava Health.

Unlimited PTO. I need time off sometimes to help my Mom and this helps when it's needed.

Everyone is so welcoming. We love growing professionally together and we're always here to empower each other.

They are very inclusive. We know executive and non-executive complaints are hard, but we work together to figure them out.

I love that the culture is inclusive. It does not matter what you believe in, everyone is treated equally here.

They are honest and candid with us. We're not just numbers to them but humans. They genuinely care about our well being.

Tava Health. I have never gone to therapy before and didn't realize how much it's needed. I'm truly thankful for this benefit.

We're like family with each other. I get excited to work with my team each day and I miss them when I have time off.

The people. i feel like a Disney Princess when I'm around the people at Snap Finance. It's like you walk in and these little birds come to greet you.

I like that they great us like we're a person and not an employee. They take the time to see how are day is going and they actually want to know.

The people. Complaints can be challenging to work on a daily basis with all of the negativity. Having positive people around me or that I can turn to really makes a difference.

They actually care about how I am as a person. I've always been a high achiever everywhere I've worked, but Snap is different because they want to know how my day is and they listen. Especially my boss, Jared.
