it's been an interesting journey and I love this job but when the company started it was much better and the benefits, salaries, and bonuses were good. Now, since several years ago, they are basically non-existent. The company is too average and is not awesome as years ago.

Benefits and salary are not aligned to the million dollars revenue the company shows to have in every town hall.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, I am undervalued. We need a bonus at the end of the year for people in Costa Rica, especially for senior team members. As a best practice, the more seniority you have, the better benefits and salaries you should receive. We need a salary increase since inflation is going up but the salary isn't
