The Market is paying better Medical insurance is very low we need better cover

Team Work Even without Snap Team Building, we try to organise and do things by our own

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A job promotion position was made but the salary promotion was very low, check the market and better salary and my is under the middle scale of the salary line.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The engagement value is lost in Snap, we need more local activities. I have been with Snap Tech for more than one year and a half and we never had any team-building Pass a lot of special days like Independence Day of Costa Rica and even a celebration email was not sent.
