the people focus, and the energy to make sure everyone is happy and challenged at work

it used to be very positive, but the focus on finances is starting to take a toll on our culture, people are less happy and more stressed out.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

open door policy is important, also to really make an effort to listen to the people and if the things are working avoid unnecessary change specially all at the same time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

compensation is a difficult topic, I believe that if I were fired and rehired I will be hired at a much higher salary base and knowing that is demotivating because we are valuing the external talent higher than the internal talent
