"Ask me anything". The support of peers and leadership is imbedded in the culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Invite the ideas. We have some growing pains but the effort is 100% to be the best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like how Win as One Team is apart of our culture and environment at Snap. There will always be differences but the end goal is always a factor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the medical plans are great and personally benefit me. I have had a higher salary in a prior role however there was little support and poor upper decision making. This is a great team and company. Thanks!
