I like how open and friendly they are. I can chat with any of them when they pass by my desk. I feel supported and cherished.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company is so diverse and welcoming. In this current climate, it is delightful to be involved in a company that still wants to make a positive difference in the lives of their staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works so hard to make sure we are keeping Snap safe. They are creative, forward-thinking, generous and kind. Every person is a specialist but are still eager to take time to help someone else. They make me proud every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know we are in the process of building, and I appreciate that. My team and I go far beyond what we were originally hired to do; I hope that in the future, our work is compensated in line with other teams. Many of us came from higher-paying jobs and we stay because we love our bosses and our jobs.
