The people are fantastic, and my manager is wonderful. It is difficult to get leadership to recognize my full scope of skills at work therefore I often feel underutilized. I sometimes get bored with what I do and don't feel like I am learning a lot.

Most everyone is thriving in life and happy. This makes for a great environment when those around you are genuinely happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked for the company for some time and unable to achieve the next level role. When asked what I need to work on to achieve this level, there is zero feedback or reason as to why or how to move forward. Even with many other managers and peers agreeing I am ready for the next level.
