My experience started with great hopes and ideas of what this job would entail. This was short lived as the location had a major change in management which greatly affected all. At this time the focus turned primarily to money. This brought low morale, longer hours, and no feeling of appreciation.

It was an environment filled with cliques and managers who had no clue how to do their jobs.
