Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stryker has historically been a male, sales driven organization and I think they still have some catching up to do not only with female and minority representation across the board but also with the compensation those groups are receiving compared to their counterparts.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has the same goal in mind and are driven to achieve that goal. It also helps that we are able to let our hair down and have a good time together too. Great balance of professionalism and relationships.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At Stryker, I am constantly pushed to be my best. My manager and leadership team are willing to work with me to figure out the way that I will thrive in the company making my job work for me- not the other way around. I have never received such constantly affirming feedback anywhere else.
