I have been belitteled and harrassed from the day i started, i am 16 years old, this is my first job and it has been a horrible experience. There was no real orientation, people were just mean and impatient feom the get go. This is a horrible place to work for

The customers that are coming in looking forward to their sandwhiches

At leading and treating people right. No wonder the reviews are horrible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some Benefits would be nice, i wasnt offered Healthinsurance or a retirement plan, let alone wducation money. And i worked late nights under age
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Start doing their jobs and not dumping their work on the youngest and newest and then talk about tjem behind their back, creating a hostile work wnviroment.
