Actually have an interview process. Stop hiring random people on the spot.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We always run out of random ingredients. The customers are very rude and attack us personally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are severely understaffed and half of the people that do work there are lazy and or hungover.
