My fellow coworkers and I have not been getting the correct pay each week. No overtime, no rates, nothing, I feel like I work for a leech. I hope this place shuts down.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not to base who they hire on how "nice" they are in the interview
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Literally just pay us correctly and not on an outdated award, and don't treat us like shit all the tie and don't run us out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying staff, finding adequate staff, not have only 2 workers on for 6 days a week and then not compensate or even both to pay them correctly, I have been underpaid nearly 200 hours over the past 2 years of working at this place
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work over 40 hours every single week, 6 days a week. We don't get paid any holiday or weekend rates. For the last month I have not recieved more than 38 hours worth of pay even though I will work up to 48 hours each week, and I have been promised extra pay or a rise and I have not had anything
