What do you like best about the leadership team?

Inspector Field Associate always suggested myself for promotion. My team was inseparable and very efficient.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Solitude and regiment, the job provides vast knowledge of entrepreneurship. Wish there was nore room for advancement within.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The immediate connection due to experience. Subway is very routine and easy to do correctly when you follow instruction.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits. More corporate involvement. More room for advancements for sandwich artists to move reguonally to manager positions and up to corporate. Theres no benefits whatsoever.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work effectively. We stick to the formula but make all our sandwiches unique. We value our custoners and have glowing rapports with them. We go out of our wto make orders perfect within the expected time. Our custoners are always happy. We upsell and all our customers love us and the meals
