Im a full time highschool student and even though my boss understand this he manages to work me 45 hrs a week eveen though i was hired part time. When i asked him to lower my hours to 25 because my grades were dropping he started calling me a cry baby and saying how he had to work full time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
