I don't know about other subways but the one I work for As an employee we don't get to talk to very nicely by our boss and others they do group chats and they talk to us like we are two-year-olds the training at Subway is not that great Need to be a little more selective who they hire as managers

Don't talk down to others don't treat them like garbage

People seem nice and Try to work together as a team
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting all employees do not down them on the littlest things and do not make personal conversations be announced to other employees and do not cuss out employees in front of customers and other employees
