Teach your managers to treat their employees like they are people with feelings and be there for them

Get some caring workers that care about people and their jobs. A good management team would help.

Work as a team, I was brand new to everyone and everything. I was thrown into a job I had no idea what I was doing. I suffered health issues due to this position. It was awful
